What are Conceptual Truth T-shirts made of?
The good stuff. 100% cotton, 240 g/m², garment-dyed and pre-shrunk.
They’re heavyweight, soft, and made to feel like that T-shirt you’ve somehow owned forever.

How do the T-shirts fit?
Oversized, boxy and intentionally relaxed — with dropped shoulders and wide neck ribbing.
How do I choose the right size?
Your usual size will give you the oversized fit you see in our photos.
Want it a little less oversized? Size down. Want to disappear into your T-shirt? Size up. And when in doubt, check the Size Guide on the product page.
How should I care for my T-shirt?
Treat it nicely and it’ll return the favour.
Follow the care instructions on the label, wash with similar colours and go easy on the heat to help the fabric, colour and print stay looking good.
HOW WE MAKE THINGS
How are Conceptual Truth products made?
We make everything on demand. That means your T-shirt doesn’t exist yet when you hit “Add to cart” — it’s made for you after you place your order.
We design everything at Conceptual Truth and work with Printful, our production partner, to print, pack and ship it.
No warehouse full of thousands of identical T-shirts waiting for someone to buy them. We make what gets ordered, when it gets ordered.
Where is my T-shirt made?
Could be closer to you than you think.
Our production partner has facilities around the world, and orders are routed based on your location, product availability and production capacity. Whenever possible, your T-shirt is made closer to where it’s going.
That means we can’t tell you exactly where yours will be made before you order — every T-shirt has its own little journey.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
Almost everywhere.
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a small number of exceptions due to shipping, legal or logistical restrictions.
The easiest test? If your country is available at checkout, we’re coming to you.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free worldwide. No minimum spend, no secret code, no unpleasant surprise at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Good things take a minute. Since your T-shirt is made after you order it, production usually takes around 2–5 business days. Then it’s handed over for delivery, and shipping time depends on where in the world you are.
We’ll give you an estimate, but things like customs, holidays, weather and carrier delays can occasionally have other plans.
How can I track my order?
The moment your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. Then you can refresh that tracking page 17 times a day. We won’t judge.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly — it depends on where you live and where your order is coming from.
Some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes or other local fees. Those are set by local authorities, so unfortunately they’re outside our control.

ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changed your mind immediately? You’ve got 15 minutes.
After that, your order may already be heading into production, so we can’t promise we’ll be able to stop or change it.
Any statutory consumer rights you have are, of course, separate from this little 15-minute emergency exit.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return by contacting us at hello@conceptualtruth.com

You can also use Returns and cancellations under Orders in your customer account. Just make sure you sign in with the same email address you used when ordering. (Yes, that part matters.)
What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect?
Okay, that’s definitely not part of the concept.
Email us at hello@conceptualtruth.com with your order number, a quick explanation and a few clear photos of what went wrong.
We’ll take it from there and get it sorted.
